New NHS App – Denton Village Surgery

Patients who cannot come into the surgery to submit their online application and would like access to online services/medication ordering can now download the NHS app on their phone.

If you cannot do this and have no other option left but to come into the surgery (you must not have any symptoms) then please bring 2 separate forms of ID with them.
