Denton Village Surgery

CQC Visit

On Tuesday the 2nd April we will be having our visit by the CQC inspectors (Care Quality Commission) They carry out regular checks on health and social care services.  These are comprehensive inspections and are used to make sure services are providing care that’s safe, caring, effective, responsive to people’s needs and well-led.

Prior to their visit feed back cards are available at the surgery for patients to fill in regarding the services and care provided by the practice. Please ensure you place the feedback cards in the box in the waiting room.

Sometimes the inspectors like to speak with patients of the surgery if you are able to give them some time if you are asked it would be appreciated.

A full explanation of the work of the CQC is available on their website www.cqc.org.uk
