Disabilites
There is good access for the disabled to all of our consultation rooms.
A designated parking bay is adjacent to the surgery entrance and the surgery has a ramp and wide doors to allow for wheelchair access.
We also provide a wheelchair and a walker for patients to use whilst in the surgery if required
We provide a text relay service for people who are D/deaf, hearing impaired or have a speech impediment.
Our practice has audio induction loops, or if you contact us before your visit we can arrange a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter.
Enhanced Access
Enhanced Access appointments are an extension to your usual GP practice; it is not a walk-in service, and you will need to make an appointment through reception.
You will be offered a face to face, telephone or video consultation with a GP or nurse, depending on your clinical need.
Appointments are available 18.30pm to 21.30pm weekdays and 09.00am to 17.00pm weekends.
Appointments are held on the ground floor of Highfield Clinical Care Centre (entrance B)
